Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my vehicle in to get some warranty work done on it my service advisor told me he would have to check and see if it was covered under my CPO or not he said if it was covered they would order the part. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks and was actually about to take it to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle which is an hour away when he called me to tell me the part was in. I also feel like communication was very poor both times I brought the vehicle in I had to call to get updates both times I was told it would be done the same day and was never contacted when the vehicles finished both times I had to call right around closing time and I was told oh yeah it's done come pick it up.

Doug, we work very hard to keep our customers informed during the repair process and it appears we fell short this time. When we have to send parts off to be painted we put ourselves on the paint shops timeline and it doesn't always fit ours. Again, we could've done a better job and we thank you for the feedback.
