This was by far my easiest car purchase. The no pressure laidback atmosphere was a pleasant change from most dealerships. Tom Self was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was helpful before the sale by sending pictures prior to me making the trip down from OKC.

I had to get a new tire, and the new tire had to be ordered, but it was going to be a quick turnaround. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, the service department let me see the damaged tire, and I was able to use my GM points to buy the tire. So, I had a positive interaction with the service department, the mechanic and the payment was handled with ease. Overall, Glenn Polk employees were efficient, friendly and professional.

Have had the same problem since I purchased the vehicle in December of 2021, I have been told multiple times that a draw test was going to be performed on the battery, but was provided a new battery in January (after 2 years of the same problem) rather than the test. Now that I’m out of bumper to bumper warranty the test was performed and a problem was found. Very thankful for the dealership finding the problem, but wondering why this wasn’t done after the 3rd or even the 4th time I brought it in after being dead in my garage. Not satisfied with the way I have been treated after purchasing a brand new vehicle and having the same issue over and over
