What a great group of people at Glenn Polk Chevrolet, Buick GMC of Gainesville. David West and team made me a hero! I stopped in to have my wife's car checked out as she had put some heavy miles on it over the last year. While the car was in service, I decided to say hello to David and see what was happening with new vehicles. Though my wife's car was only one year old and I was not looking for a new car, they guys threw out a few ideas and showed me some of the new possibilities. After some discussion, I decided to trade in her car and surprise her with a new Buick Envision. My wife's initial response was "OMG what did you do?" After a couple of days her response was "thank you, I really like my new car." Now, after a couple of weeks and a road trip to Shreveport and back I received an "OMG Babe, I absolutely love my new car it is amazing! Thank you for making the decision to trade!" Happy wife, happy life... Thanks again so much to David West and the team at Glenn Polk, you folks made my decision a simple one while making me a hero at home. She absolutely loves her new Buick Envision!
