All went very smoothly and professionally. I must comment on the desk top sized I-pad for signing off on the purchase. I am afraid no customer could read this flat screen from a sitting position unless perhaps if they were 7 ft tall. The glare prevented me from reading what I was signing. I asked for a printed copy of the extended warranty options but it seems no one ever asked for that so I received a print screen which I found to be blurred and also unreadable. So the $7000 Ipad is not a good choice.
