Everything good

Dealership was very straightforward and delivered on all the promises they made.

I brought my vehicle in to get some warranty work done on it my service advisor told me he would have to check and see if it was covered under my CPO or not he said if it was covered they would order the part. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks and was actually about to take it to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle which is an hour away when he called me to tell me the part was in. I also feel like communication was very poor both times I brought the vehicle in I had to call to get updates both times I was told it would be done the same day and was never contacted when the vehicles finished both times I had to call right around closing time and I was told oh yeah it's done come pick it up.

As always service was great and everyone is very nice and helpful.

No pressure

David West made the whole process so easy. He had worked with us on a Suburban and said he would make things easy for the trade up to the Yukon Denali and that is exactly what he did. Trent and Shawn Polk are great people to do business with and this dealership employs great people to support their mission and ethics.

Good people to deal with, probably the best so far and I have bought many GM products at various dealerships. The closing process was also quick and easy.

Best buying experience I ever had. JP and his Sales Manager worked with me over the phone on my trade, out-the-door price and had everything was ready when we arrived at the dealership. The Team stayed late and made sure I was taken care of before we left. JP was willing to stay even later to go over all the bells and whistles with the truck but we opted not to. In my opinion, I received a great deal. There was no hassle when it came time to sign the paperwork, they did talk about warranties but I was not pressured into buying one and best of all, no dealer add ons! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend the Team and Glenn Polk to take care of you!

Quite a memerable experience as there was a bit of confusion on the dealerships part on dealing with GMC Hummer EV. The service and repesentation I received as the customer was impecable and could not ask for anything any better. Chris the dealer service manager stepped up to the plate and succesfully completed all the updates and recalls on my SUV. There were minor issues with some of the materials but again they were all taken care of by the dealership.Chris and his team in service went above and beyond the call of duty. This is truly a dealership you can utilize and feel completely comfortable that all will be correctly handled. Super great people and highly reccomend them for your service and repairs. Tier 1 Group all the way.

Everything was good

The salesman David Wilson was great. He answered all our questions. He showed us several options before we made a purchase. The inventory was good. Several to choose from. Great experience.

Out of all the times in my 61 years I have purchased vehicles (which is substantial), this was the most painless and pleasant experience I have ever had. Everything I was told would happen, did happen. There were no surprises or silliness. Just informative answers and wonderful service.

The staff was great in helping and directing me on where I needed to go and what I needed to do. Teresa even helped with using my GMC points to help pay for oil change and tire rotation. I wasn���t there long waiting for all to get done either.

Service advisor answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about my issues I was having. She gave me my options and didn���t pressure me into services which I appreciated.

Everybody, I talk to made the transaction very fast and easy could not have asked for an easier time
